Paladin Eastside Psychological Services, Incorporated (Paladin-Eastside), is a mental health and correctional provider.  Our mission is to provide quality services that help better the lives of those placed in our care, while also meeting our contractual and moral obligations to our funding sources and the community at large.

For our mental health population, we pledge professional clinical services that promote life betterment, personal insight, and a reduction in suffering.

For our criminal justice population, we strive to provide safety to the community, our staff and the offender, a level of security appropriate to the offense and our contractual obligations, and to always provide humane treatment.

To all of our clients in whatever population we serve, we will strive to provide an opportunity for them to change for the better.

To our contracting sources who fund our activities, we pledge an adherence to the Statement of Work, behavior that is guided by our Code of Conduct, and to communicate in a clear, direct  and open manner.
